Your order is sent with free tracked UK delivery. Here is how to follow it.
1. Use your shipping email
When your order is dispatched we email you a tracking number and a tracking link. Click the link in that email to see where your parcel is. If you can't find it, check your spam folder.
2. Check your order online
You can see your order status and tracking details any time by signing in at your account. Enter the email address you used at checkout and we will send you a one-time sign-in code. Then open Orders.
3. Ask us
Most orders arrive in 10 to 14 working days (UK-stock items and bedding usually 2 to 5 working days). If your order is still within that time, please allow for it. If it is outside that time, or tracking has not updated for several days, email support@oxbeysupply.com with your order number and we will look into it straight away.
