Delivery
How much is delivery?
Free. Every order to a UK address ships with free tracked delivery.
How long will my order take?
Most items are sent from our suppliers and usually arrive in 10 to 14 working days. Items marked as UK stock on the product page, and our bedding from our Manchester supplier, usually arrive in 2 to 5 working days. The estimate for each product is shown under its price.
Will I get tracking?
Yes. You will get an email with tracking details when your order is on its way. See Track my order for how to follow your parcel.
Can I order in time for Christmas?
Order by Tuesday 1 December for the best chance of delivery before Christmas. This is not a guarantee, as parcels can be delayed by carriers at busy times.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
No. We currently deliver to UK addresses only.
Returns and refunds
Can I change my mind?
Yes. You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to tell us you want to cancel it, and then 14 more days to send it back. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. The cost of returning an item you simply changed your mind about is paid by you.
What if my item is faulty or not as described?
You have 30 days from delivery to reject it for a full refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Email us a photo and your order number and we will arrange the return and cover the cost of returning a faulty item.
How do I return something?
- Email support@oxbeysupply.com with your order number, the item and the reason.
- We will reply with return instructions and the returns address.
- Post the item back with proof of postage and keep your receipt.
Once your return reaches us we refund you to your original payment method, and in any case within 14 days of receiving it or your proof of postage.
